I attended a boot camp one morning, trying it out as an interested trainer. I learned after the session that the trainer gave the VP my name as her connection so she could be rewarded with a recruitment bonus and then receive money on my future sessions.

I thought it was a legitimate business opportunity and not something where another trainer gives her referral for me to get a spot. I don't need that with the caliber of training I offer.

My experience speaks for itself. I immediately had red flags go up and did not attend the info sessions.

I 100% agree. No legitimate business has a cloak and dagger recruitment process. The people that defend it are brain washed.

What ?

Don't you realize that everyone from the Dentist to the car salesman has some sort of referral credit program ?

It's true.

That's how they hire salespersons at no additional cost to themselves rather than pay a salary etc.

Don't get your athletic supporter into a knot over this.
