I have contacted y'all several times and it's becoming obvious to me that this is a scam company. Stay away from this company!!! You're still taking money from me so I don't believe you'll need proof if purchase...

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. BBB review and they then allowed an exception to their policy and cancelled my account
I was pretty consistent with MWF at 5am - that timeslot and frequency was one of the reasons i was convinced to give CG a try. This worked out really well until my trainer gave his notice - I was very sad to see him leave, but was willing to give the next trainer an opportunity, and for a while it worked out.
In April 2023 Joe informed us that he was no longer going to hold Wednesday morning camps. This was unofficial as your app continued to reflect Wednesday 5am workouts. I sincerely hope no one who was not a regular attempted to go to one of those camps.
Regardless, this was frustrating, but not a deal breaker. For reference, the Wednesday camps did resume in September (but that was 5months without them)
In September you raised our rates. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing as i had previously made a 2yr commitment with a price lock - when i called to inquire i was told that the trainers got together and decided they needed more money and so rates were raised. In addition, it was in the terms and conditions that you were allowed to do this.
I don't doubt for a second that you have good lawyers and this was covered, but what was represented and sold to me was a 2yr commitment with a guaranteed rate and that simply was not the case. I felt lied to and this really started to sour my perception of CG and how you treated your members.
On November 12th (a Sunday) my trainer texted the regular group to ask who was coming. One person responded positively to say they were coming. I did not positively affirm that i was coming on Monday am, but i did not say that i was not.
Keep in mind, we pay for him to show up. I showed up at 5am on Monday am and he did not. When I texted him the response was "Crap! Sorry man i didn't think you'd come, everyone else said they're not showing up".
This was really the last straw for me and this is when i called to request to cancel and was told that was not possible due to the fact that i still had time left on my 2yr commitment, however, I was offered to either reduce to Virtual (i did not join CG for virtual - in fact it wasn't even an option when i joined) or re-commit for 2yrs to lower my price. Comical, in my opinion, to offer me a 2yr commitment to lower my price when one of my main complaints was that i had previously done just that and the price was not locked as you arbitrarily raised the rates. I did escalate to your escalation team at this time to try and find a way to cancel.
And now the latest issue - my trainers last day with CG was last Friday (1/26). I reached out on Monday and was told that CG was not informed of him quitting.
In subsequent exchanges i was told that because another location was within 10miles of my location i was not eligible to cancel. This is beyond frustrating to me - the other location only offers 5am within 10miles on T/TH - not MWF. Not only that, the other location is 9.8miles away.
So your policy is forcing me to remain a member because of 0.2miles. I asked for this to be escalated to speak with someone and was told tonight via email that i have already escalated and am not allowed to do that again and that the issue was closed and i could not cancel.

I sent a doctors excuse saying I cant workout and camp gladiator was suppose to cancel my membership and they havent. Got a call from an collection agency today and said my membership has not been canceled

I have attempted to explain my situation on 3 separate occasions on your chatline, and I am now asked to join a Just Answer website at $55/month to get a question answered. My coach, Emily Claire, quit at the end of August, and there was not another replacement coach to instruct in the same location.
I would have had to drive over 30 minutes to a location that was nowhere near my home at a time that would not work with my schedule. In addition, I allowed all the Charlotte Coaches to use my Boardroom for two meetings and waived the $400 rental fee.
If I cannot get my refund, I will invoice CG $400 for the Rental Fee.

I sent about the note from my doctor back on May 10. I emailed it and the guy said that he was going to cut off my camp gladiator account and I wont be charged anymore due to it was a medical reason why I could not work out so trying to get this resolved.
Im still seeing that it is coming out of my account for the last five months and it shouldve been really need you to resolve this.

My complaint is I signed up for recommit and did not get the discounted price or the free T-shirt. Plus I have had difficulty getting a hold of anyone to fix this problem. And I was sick in the hospital and unable to work out for over a month and a half, and tried to contact someone about this problem and no one has been able to help me, so my problem is communication and problem-solving for this company

Membership rate change with no notification or consent. Called to discuss the change and customer service was really bad. They need to do a better job in communicating with their customer and value their customers as well instead of just being so bad with customers making inquiries and trying to understand the change.

I just wasn't using the app I have changed to other options. This is a great option for working out in a team environment but at your own home.
The instructors actually get to know virtual members as much as possible and really interact, including making suggestions when I was doing a squat wrong - letting my knees fall in. I have no complaints - I am not upset - I didn't even know I had gotten on this particular website to cancel the membership; I was just looking for a way to communicate and didn't have their number. When I cancelled, they wished me well . .

Make it impossible to cancel membership
They want you to cancel through a chat, the chat redirects you to something else making it super difficult to cancel

Oh, Im trying to do is reach someone to put my membership on hold due to illness. Ive been working on this for over 40 minutes.
